We offer HICAPs for immediate claiming of Private Health insurance rebates. Rebates vary depending on each insurer and individual level of cover.

We currently DO NOT accept cash payments

We accept CTP and WorkCover claims, as well as DVA and NDIS referrals

We accept Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans for a Medicare rebate for eligible patients, however we do charge a gap fee of $114.90 for initial pelvic health appointments and $44.90 for general physiotherapy initial appointments and all review appointments. Speak to your GP to discuss if you are eligible for a Care Plan

Cancellation Policy:

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We hope that you can understand that late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment will result in a $50 non-attendance fee. This applies to all initial and review appointments. We do send reminder text messages the day before your appointment, however it is your responsibility to ensure that you know when your appointment is booked. We recommend that you do not rely solely on receiving your reminder text, because as with all things, technology is not always 100% reliable, and not receiving your text message is not an appropriate reason for failing to attend your appointment. Emergency and/or extreme scenarios are judged on a case by case basis as an exemption from non-attendance fee.
